Terms of Service

1. The service

Todofully is a personal planner: schedule scanning, notes, reminders, and friends-only sharing. It is provided as-is; we work hard on reliability but do not warrant that scans, reminders or sync are error-free. Always verify imported shifts against your employer's schedule — the review screen exists so you can.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16. You are responsible for your login and for what you upload. One account per person; don't impersonate anyone (the official Frank Todofully character is ours and cannot be claimed).

3. Your content

Your planner, notes, drawings and images remain yours. You give us the limited license needed to store, process (including AI reading you explicitly request), and display them back to you and to friends you choose. Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harassing; we may remove reported content and suspend accounts that abuse others.

4. AI features

AI output is a draft for your review, may be inaccurate, and is limited by a monthly allowance on free accounts. Images you scan are processed by our provider and not retained after extraction.

5. Subscriptions

Todofully Pro renews through your app store until cancelled there; cancelling stops the next payment and Pro runs to the end of the paid period. Store refund rules apply.

6. Termination

You can delete your account any time (Settings → Delete my account). We may suspend accounts for abuse, unlawful content, or attacks on the service.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes

We'll notify material changes in the app. Continued use after notice is acceptance.
